Materials / Process

The bag is the material.

Dog food bags are built from layers of plastic. That keeps food fresh, but makes the bags difficult to recycle through household collections.

We work at a small scale: collect locally, process carefully and keep the material in use.

Input:
Clean dog food bags
Steps:
Sort, shred, melt, press
Output:
Durable dog products
Waste:
Offcuts returned to the next batch

Impact / Local

Small scale. Local. Measurable.
